Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how 67 Speed Challenge ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit and play our game at 67game.store (the "Site"). Related rules for using the Site appear in our Terms of Service.
1. Summary
- Webcam hand tracking runs on your device; we do not upload camera video for detection.
- Leaderboard data is stored only if you choose to submit a callsign and score.
- We may use cookies and similar tech for preferences, analytics, and advertising (e.g. Google AdSense).
- You can contact us to request leaderboard removal or ask privacy questions via Contact.
2. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising
We use Google AdSense and third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Site. These companies may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We and our partners may use:
- Essential / preference storage: browser Local Storage for language preference and local high scores so the game works as expected.
- Analytics (if enabled): tools such as Google Tag Manager / analytics tags to understand aggregate traffic and improve the Site.
- Advertising cookies: as described above for AdSense and partners.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may limit advertising personalization or certain Site features, but the core game remains playable.
4. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / CPRA Notice
For players residing in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide specific rights regarding personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, the use of third-party advertising cookies may be classified as a "sale" or "sharing" of information under California law.
You have the following rights under California law:
- Right to Know/Access: You can request information about what personal data we collect and share.
- Right to Opt-Out: You can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising via your browser's cookie settings or the Google Ads settings linked above.
- Right to Delete: You can request deletion of personal information (such as score entries on the leaderboard) by contacting us or clearing local browser storage for site preferences.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
5. Web Camera & MediaPipe Motion Detection
Our game features real-time webcam motion tracking powered by Google MediaPipe. We care deeply about your privacy:
- All camera feed processing for hand landmarks is performed entirely local (on-device) in your web browser.
- No video frames, camera feeds, or image data from the tracking session are sent to our servers for hand detection.
- Camera permissions are requested solely so local scripts can count game repetitions and render feedback.
- You can deny camera access and still play in keyboard mode (keys 6 and 7).
6. Data Collection & Leaderboards
When you play 67 Speed Challenge, we collect and store limited game-related data to manage the high-score leaderboards:
- Leaderboard entries: If you achieve a competitive score and choose to submit it, we store the pilot callsign/name you enter, your score, reps count, speed (reps/sec), mode context, date, and a server-generated timestamp.
- Storage: These scores are stored on Google Firebase Firestore and displayed publicly to other players.
- Local storage: We use your browser's Local Storage to store local high scores and language preference.
- Contact form: If you message us via the Contact page, we receive the information you submit so we can respond.
7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted leaderboard data to our Site, please contact us, and we will promptly remove the entry from our database. Supervising adults should decide whether webcam use is appropriate for their household.
8. International Users
The Site may be accessed from outside your country of residence. By using the Site, you understand that limited data (such as submitted leaderboard entries or contact messages) may be processed using infrastructure providers that operate in other regions, subject to their safeguards.
9. Contact Us
If you have any questions or would like to request removal of a leaderboard entry, please use our Contact Support page or open an issue on GitHub: github.com/stevehelloworld/sixsevengame.
