These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 67game.store (the “Site”), including the free browser game 67 Speed Challenge, leaderboards, guides, and blog content. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment and training purposes. You agree not to:
67 Speed Challenge is provided free of charge. Webcam mode uses on-device hand tracking; keyboard mode uses keys 6 and 7. Gameplay results depend on device performance, lighting, browser support, and user motion. Scores and ranks are for entertainment and may be corrected or removed if we detect abuse or technical error.
If you submit a callsign and score, you grant us permission to display that information publicly on the Site. Callsigns should use letters and spaces only as prompted by the form. We may remove entries that violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy. To request removal, use the Contact page.
The Site’s design, game logic, graphics, branding, and original written content are owned by the site operator unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Site’s materials without prior written permission, except for fair-use sharing of links and personal non-commercial references.
Third-party technologies (for example MediaPipe and Firebase) remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their applicable licenses and terms.
The Site may display advertisements through Google AdSense or similar partners. Ads are provided by third parties and are subject to their policies. See our Privacy Policy for cookie and advertising disclosures.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect tracking accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Hand-speed and reflex activities involve physical movement; play in a safe space, take breaks, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. The Site is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, scores, or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
