High-frequency pumping and tapping feel trivial until you repeat them for an hour of “just one more run.” This guide covers warmups, recovery, red flags, and family/camera considerations for 67 Speed Challenge. It replaces thinner separate posts on warmups, office breaks, and parents-only notes.

Why short games still need care

Each attempt is ~20 seconds, but sessions stack: countdowns, restarts, leaderboard chasing. Keyboard alternation loads fingers and forearms; webcam pumps load wrists and shoulders. Fatigue degrades form, which ironically makes people pump harder and risk more.

Before you play (2 minutes)

  1. Wrist circles: 10 slow circles each direction, hands relaxed
  2. Prayer stretch: palms together at chest, gentle lower until mild stretch—no bouncing
  3. Reverse prayer / opposite stretch: mild only
  4. Finger fans: open wide, fist soft, repeat 10×
  5. Shoulder rolls: drop traps; neck long
  6. One shadow run: half-speed pumps or slow 6/7 taps

Warning signs (stop and reassess)

  • Sharp pain (not normal workout warmth)
  • Numbness, tingling, or night pain after sessions
  • Swelling or weakness gripping objects
  • Pain that worsens the next morning instead of easing

Switch to rest, gentle mobility, or skip a day. The leaderboard will still be there.

Keyboard-specific tips

  • Do not smash keys—light, rapid alternation wins more than violence
  • Keep wrists neutral; avoid extreme extension against desk edges
  • If one finger complains, stop; do not “push through” nerve pain

Webcam-specific tips

  • Drive motion more from controlled wrists/forearms than wild shoulder thrashing
  • Keep pumps inside a comfortable range of motion
  • Clear space so you never hit a wall or monitor

Family & guardian guide (webcam privacy)

67game.store is a free browser game. Webcam frames for hand tracking are processed in the browser for gameplay; we do not need your video upload to count reps. Still, guardians should decide:

  • Whether a child may enable the camera
  • Whether play happens in a private room vs shared space
  • Whether keyboard-only mode is required
  • How long sessions last (short is better)
  • Whether scores/callsigns are submitted publicly

Micro-break alternative (no full session)

If you only want a desk break: one easy keyboard run or 40 seconds of slow open-palm pumps without caring about score. Then stretch and return to work. That is enough novelty without overload.

Ergonomics beyond the wrist

Neck and shoulders spoil webcam sessions: craning toward a low laptop compresses posture and shortens clean pump range. Raise the screen, sit back, and keep the camera near eye level. For keyboard days, float the wrists lightly instead of planting sharp desk edges into the carpal tunnel area for minutes on end.

Sample weekly load (healthy default)

  • 3–5 days with a short session
  • ≤6 hard 20-second efforts per session
  • At least one full rest day
  • Swap modes instead of doubling volume when stuck

Progress in the sample training log came with rest, not spam.

If you are returning from discomfort

Start with keyboard at low force, or untimed slow webcam pumps with no score goal. Pain is information. Returning heroes who ignore early warning signs often bench themselves longer.
